Kane's Big Day

On Saturday we went to Bob and Kristi's for Kane's 1st Birthday Party!  There were lots of babies everywhere so Asher got to play with all the kids.  Here is Asher playing with Sydney (1 yr).

Its a sea of babies!  I was so happy to see so many blog babies at the party!  Clockwise starting with Asher (9.5 mos) Kane (1 yr), Camden Tuley (2), Sydney Brown (1 yr), Caden Elliott (8 mos) and Ashlyn (20 mos).  I was sad to have missed getting a picture of Farrah (10 mos) while she was there because she is only 2 weeks older than Asher.  I follow all these blogs so its fun to see the babies in person.  Be sure to click on the links to see each babies blog.

Little Miss Ashlyn also had some very exciting news to share this weekend!  She is going to be a BIG SISTER in October 2010!!!  We can't wait to have another little one and he or she will be here in time to have another baby at Christmas. 

 

The Main Event! Kane enjoyed his big cupcake that Grandma Kristi made him when he woke up from his nap.  He wasn't too enthusiastic but it saved Grandpa Bob from having to clean up the garage.

The kids loved Kane's new tractor!  I love the picture below where Ashlyn was giving him a "push."  Milissa put Asher on it and he knew exactly what to do!  The kid can't help but be a gear-head, he gets it honestly.  I love this video!

We ended the night with some bubbles which Asher LOVED!  I had to get some for his Easter basket.

It was a good night but this Mama was tired after having the flu all week so Asher and I went home and went to bed.  Dustin went out with Mom and Dad and all the "cousins" since Addie came home for the night.  I'm feeling much better this week.  Dustin, however, is at home today dying of the flu.  I told him I survived last week so he'd make it.
